However, it is almost impossible to provide a seamless service, no matter how innovative service is. Dirty linens, leaky pipes, rude staff, lack of amenities, etc. continue to remain as the age-old hotel issues.

How to file a complaint with OYO?

There are 4 ways through which you can submit your complaint to OYO-

  • OYO Assist – You can chat with a customer care executive or find answers to your queries on the OYO mobile app to raise your issue. You will receive a quick response and your complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.
  • OYO website – You can submit your complaint via the OYO support platform available on the official website. Once you register your complaint, you’ll receive a ticket number. You can follow up on the status of your issue through this number.
  • OYO customer care number – You can call on the customer care hotline number for assistance +91 9313931393. This service is available at all hours for convenience.
  • Complaint via Resolver- This is by far the most convenient way of filing a complaint with OYO. You can submit your details here. Resolver’s automated tool will forward your complaint to OYO. You’ll be able to submit, manage and escalate your complaint to a higher authority via Resolver.

When will I get my booking refund?

The refund will be credited to you within 7-14 working days. In case the cancellation amount is higher than the money already paid by the customer, OYO reserves the right to debit from your OYO money account.

Once OYO processes the refund, it will take around 7 to 14 days for it to reflect in your account as per the speed of your bank!
