If you have received a non-returnable product in a damaged condition, you can contact amazon within 10 days from the delivery of the product. Also, you can call on Amazon tollfree helpline- 888-280-4331 to get further assistance.
If you report an issue with your smartphone, tablet, laptop, television, air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine or microwave, Amazon may schedule a technician visit to your location.
Finally, the resolution will be provided based on the technician’s evaluation report.
Items that are returned within the time frame mentioned are in stock with the seller are eligible for a free replacement. Moreover, once you have returned the original product, the replacement will be shipped to you.

If an item is seller-fulfilled, it is not eligible for a free replacement. In addition to this, you must contact the seller for a refund.
