What is Myntra’s refund policy?

In line with Myntra’s no questions asked return policy, refunds are credited to the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

The time within which you will get a refund from Myntra depends on the mode of payment-

  1. Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallet- 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
  2. Bank Account (IMPS)- 1 to 3 business days
  3. PhonePe wallet balance- 1 day of your order cancellation. You can transfer this amount to your bank by contacting PhonePe.
  4. Myntra Credit – Instant refund

Myntra also offers instant returns on some products. To know if your order is eligible for an instant refund, check your order details.

You will get a refund on GST and additional taxes you pay. But, no refund will be given for shipping charges.

How to return a product to Myntra?

You can return or exchange a product for any reason within the specified time period. Read the product details to know when can a return be made. The return process takes 4-7 days to complete.

Make sure that you return the product with original packaging, accessories, free gifts, warranty card and tags intact. Before initiating a return or exchange, you must check if it is eligible for the same.

Myntra offers free pickup service at selected locations. If not, then you will have the option to self-ship the package to Myntra yourself. You will get a reimbursement for shipping costs as Myntra Credits if you share the courier receipt with Myntra. You can send it on the following addresses:

If Myntra arranges a pickup for you, the delivery agent will verify the returned items and check quality. You may get a doorstep refund depending on your location. Otherwise, you will get a refund after the product reaches Myntra’s warehouse and passes a quality check.

If it fails the quality check, you will get the product back.

Exchanges are provided free of cost. Exchange and return may take place simultaneously.

After you create a ‘return request’ on Myntra, you will get a ‘Return ID’ number. You will be notified before the courier staff reaches your location. Keep the items ready to save time. Once the item reaches the warehouse, you will get an email, SMS or notification from Myntra. You will get your refund after that.

If there’s an issue with a refund, you can attach a screenshot of your bank statement with your complaint.

When can you not return a product to Myntra?

Some products can be returned or exchanged only upon certain conditions:

  1. Fine and precious jewellery and Swarovski products, watches and other high-value products can be returned or exchanged for a limited time.
  2. Cosmetics, Deodorants and Perfumes.
  3. Accessories like Rayban Sunglasses, Wrist-Bands and mittens.
  4. Clothing items like Socks, Briefs, Shapewear Bottoms, Lingerie, Swimwear cannot be returned. Sherwanis can only be exchanged not returned. Intimate wear can only be self-shipped for returns and they cannot be exchanged.

What is Myntra’s cancellation policy?

An order can be cancelled before or after shipment. If it has been shipped and is with the delivery company, you can refuse to accept it. Any payments made in advance will be refunded as per the mode of payment and Myntra’s refund policy.
