How to get a refund from Koovs?

Koovs offers a flexible refund policy on canceled and returned orders.

Also, if you self-shipped a returned item, then you have to fill out the Koovs returns form to get a refund.

Moreover, Koovs takes a delivery charge of Rs 99 on orders below Rs 500. These shipping charges are non-refundable. It will be refunded only if the order is canceled or lost in transit by Koovs.

Koovs will initiate a refund within 3 days. You can choose any of the following to get a refund –
