  1. Call Fabindia’s consumer helpline– If you’d like to speak to someone, we suggest that you call on Fabindia’s customer care number at +91 80104 88888. Although, keep in mind that this service is available for limited hours from Monday to Saturday. 
  2. Fill an online form– Fabindia offers a chance for its customers to write and share feedback, queries or complaints through an online form. This form is available on Fabindia’s website under the ‘Contact Us’ option. However, support staff may take up to 48 hours to respond to your query.
  3. Visit Fabindia’s office– You can visit Fabindia’s head office situated at B-53, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase -1, New Delhi -110020 to file a complaint. You can also call on +91-11-40692000 to complain to the office. Although, keep in mind that you can only visit during business hours.
  4. Chat on the Fabindia website– Fabindia.com offers a chatbox feature through which you can submit your complaint online. If no one is available to chat, then you’ll be asked to fill a query form. The response time is, again, 48 hours before you hear from someone.
  5. Contact Fabindia’s grievance cell– You can escalate your issue to a higher authority if you do not receive a satisfactory response from the customer care. You can complain to Fabindia’s grievance officer, Mr. Shyamal Majhi, by calling on 80104 88888. You can call between 11 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday. The officer will respond to you within 3 working days and can take up to 1 month to resolve your complaint.

How to get a refund from Fabindia?

Fabindia has a flexible refund policy. You will get the amount through the original mode of payment. However, Fabindia does not refund shipping charges. If your order was for less than Rs 1000, you won’t get the delivery costs you paid. Shipping charges will be refunded only if Fabindia sent the wrong item.

If you paid on delivery, you will get a refund in the form of an e-voucher or credit coupon.

Fabindia can refuse your refund request if there are minor issues with the product. It may also decline the request if you – gave the wrong address; didn’t receive the package even after 3 attempts; refused to accept the package; or, if you returned a used or damaged product.

Your bank may take 7-10 days to process the refund.

How to cancel an order from Fabindia?

Fabindia allows you to cancel your order until the payment is not made. If you confirm the payment or Fabindia confirms your order, then it can’t be canceled.

Still, you can try raising a cancellation request by contacting Fabindia within 12 hours of placing the order. If possible, Fabindia will cancel your order and offer a refund against prepaid orders.

How to return a product to Fabindia?

You can make easy returns to Fabindia within 30 days if you aren’t happy with the product. Give a call to Fabindia’s customer care to raise a return request within 10 days of delivery.

The product should be unused and untampered. It must contain original tags and packaging. You can return a product only if there are issues related to sizing, quality, lost package, mispricing, wrong item, or if you are not satisfied with it. Also, fill out the returns form thoroughly to get your refund on time.

Keep in mind that you cannot return a product online if you purchased it from an offline Fabindia store.

Moreover, you cannot make more than 3 returns to Fabindia within one financial year.

You cannot return the following types of products to Fabindia-

  • Accessories, jewelry, beauty & personal care
  • Clothing items like saris, stoles, dupattas, shawls, lehengas, sherwani, and custom made clothing
  • Gift items
  • Organic food products
  • Furniture

Additionally, Fabindia offers free of cost reverse pickup within 4 days. However, if you are situated in a place where a reverse pickup facility is unavailable, you’ll have to self-ship the product. Pack the items safely and mention your order ID to speed up the returns process.
