You can lodge your complaint from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 

You have to file the appeal within 1 month of the expiry of this complaint or request a settlement period limitation given by Vi™ care. You need to provide your complaint docket number while calling the Appellate Authority. This will aid the Appellate Authority to receive your whole history.  The docket amount of your appeal will be conveyed to you. The appeal will be decided over 39 working days by the day of submitting your complaint.
